Perhaps the Misao girl is right.
Is this too extreme? It is only a company, and present concerns seem to imply that, while this is much necessary, it is also a very ill time to be concerned about it. Yes, employees must be trained. On the other hand, this is not an army fighting another army. There is no clear-cut opponent.
... I keep having dreams about that time in my life. Perhaps it was because of my meeting with Master Mathiu, perhaps it has to do with this company and my efforts. This isn't a Dunan unification. We have only a palmful of perceived enemies, and training grunts when we need assassins is preparing for the wrong kind of battle.
I can't help but think there are more important matters I should be organising - but still, I find that my information is insufficient for making a real move. There's so much fine-tuning to be done, but what are my boundaries? The President seems satisfied, but it didn't take me long to step on the toes of the superiors in the Dunan Army. Were it not for Riou and Apple, that barbarian and his partner would never have accepted it.
Who was it that told me that there can be no time to waste, sometimes? That impulsive actions are sometimes necessary? Reno, I believe.
...
That said, we were talking about zombies.
I should sleep on this.
EDITED EDIT~:
... While I'm on the subject of problematic individuals in Purgatorium, I need to figure out a way to deal with the redhead.
At least Peony is an employee.
Though, if his claims of telepathy aren't a fabrication...
Hm. I doubt we have anything to offer him to bring him to our favour, particularly given that he already has a business of sorts. But perhaps it's as he said, and all I have to do is ask.
It's enough to make me wish I had a rune.
