Every once in a while, I like to do a music post, putting together some of the stuff I've been listening to recently. Some of those are the songs I like, some are songs I found noteworthy for other reasons. Some are new, some are just older songs I've never come across until now.

On Friday morning (US Eastern time), the Supreme Court did something that was, honestly, long overdue, and ruled that any and all same-sex marriage bans in United States illegal. The reaction has been, understandably, fairly mixed. But the ruling did get an endorsement from the last person I would expect - a prominent United Russia MP.

As everybody who used/s Livejournal knows, when you click the button to add a link, there is a "hint" line underneath. And the hint doesn't give you a generic URL, but URLS for very specific Livejournal entries. A while back, I started checking those links, just to see where they lead.
