I have been informed that the "real" Kathryn Janeway, the Starfleet admiral from this universe, has been located. The alternate universe Janeway-analog kept her in a cell in her formerly secure area on sublevel four of Starfleet Headquarters. The imposter was keeping her alive for information, and as a possible hostage; but because Lothar and I arrived during her escape, she was unable to bring the real Janeway with her. Presumably, the imposter planned for her to die in the destruction of Starfleet HQ.
She is currently under observation in Starfleet medical facilities, and offering her own testimony to investigators. She had contacted the Murgatroid, wishing to thank us personally for our part in her rescue, but Doctor Khan accepted her message and promised to relay it to us. After what the Janeway-analog had put us through, Khan decided that some of us might not react well to meeting with her.
Some of us would not have reacted well to meeting with her even before all of this happened...
