This Bird Has Flown

I found Lothar barely conscious, and no sign of Janeway. I had Khan beam us both up to Surak's Razor, where I immediately provided Lothar with a bottle of Romulan ale. "She beamed away!" he gasped, after swallowing two-thirds of the bottle. "She's escaping!"
I asked Khan to relay a question to his counterpart on the Murgatroid: "Had any ships left Earth orbit in the last ten minutes?"
He responded shortly that a ship identifying itself as Voyager, which had been part of the security patrols recently assigned to the solar system, had arrived at Earth, made a single orbit, and then taken off. It appeared to be heading in the direction of Uranus.
"That's Janeway's old ship," Lothar growled, halfway through his second bottle of Romulan ale. "Get her!"
It would have taken us too long to gently raise Surak's Razor out of the moon's gravity well, so I asked Khan to send the Mustang after her. He responded that the Mustang was already gone -- Captain Terminal had fled rather than allow himself and his ship to be back under Starfleet's control, but had left behind a copy of his saved memories to be used as evidence against Janeway.
At that news, I started Surak's Razor lifting off, and asked the Murgatroid if they were going to go after her as well. Khan responded that Admiral Ross had finally sent people into Starfleet HQ, who had seen for themselves what Janeway had been up to. Admiral Jellico had also confessed to his role in the whole affair. According to Khan, we were ordered to stand down and make ourselves available to testify in the inquiry, and to leave the capture of Janeway up to them.
At that point, Voyager had already achieved warp speed and vanished, so we acquiesced.
