So, I got the call last night, around 6pmish- they found my car. In Oakland. And arrested the punkass who had it. Some guy named Jose Navaro, or something similar. I'm told I have to go to the Hayward PD to pick up a vehicle release form, then go to the Oakland PD to pick up my car. So it's 7ish by the time we get to Oakland, where the officer
