After anatomy and physiology is done, med school moves on to bacteriology. Yay! When we had bacteriology in Veterinary school in Oslo, I loved it. I learned a lot. So this will be an easy review for me, and that's always pleasant.

I've been living with a guy for the past eight months; one of those quick-blooming relationships that doesn't deserve more time than has already been spent on it. The charts have changed this time around. 106/122 is the limit for 1,9. So I'm stuck with a 1,8 for now. A good result by all standards, but... not good enough.

Gah.

Woohoo! 1,9 on the High School Examination!

Well, according to the charts from last year and the year before that. There will be a new chart for this test, but it shouldn't change that much, and from where I'm looking my 105/122 is a solid 1,9 result (2,0 is the top). Which is what I was hoping for.

Jag ska ta det svenska Högskoleprovet igen, och försöka höja mitt resultat från 1,7 till högsta möjliga, 2,0. Jag är säker på att det ligger inom min förmågas gränser, men denna gång tänker jag vara väl förberedd. Jag har skrivit ut gamla prov och sitter och övar med dem. En månad kvar. Gott om tid att öva. More I more I come to dislike examinations. Not because of the exams themselves, but because of all the stress beforehand. You spend your days reading from 0800 or even 0700 in the morning till, at the earliest, 2200, before your conscience finally gives in to your complete brain-deadness and allows you to drag yourself home.
