Happy Spring.
Power was out at my house all day yesterday due to some knocked down powerlines. I was getting more and more pissed about it until I went out at about 8:30p for some food and saw at least four SCE trucks with two cherry-pickers and about 10 workers out in the rain in the dark trying to fix it. Of course my laundry, etc. didn't get done, but luckily I can do that any time. My sister chewed me out royally for not having an emergency preparedness kit. I have water, I have blankets, I have canned food. But seriously, anything with batteries is pointless because they drain down before I ever even need to use them. I have candles. They worked fine.
Where do you get blank income tax forms and instructions these days? They seem to have stopped mailing them to me and I vaguely recall that you can't get them at the Post Office anymore. :/
Sadly, after two root canals, my tooth still hurts. I'm at my wits' end about what to do about it. I actually end up crying about it if I think too hard. Why can't it just be fixed?
How did I end up with four bottles of bodywash, three bottle of conditioner and no shampoo under my bathroom sink?
