Upon her boss discovering that Shiemi owned a kimono, she'd been told to put it on and go visit Yoshibara. Why... Shiemi wasn't entirely sure. Her boss had said something about 'customers tastes' and 'addicting additives' and 'who their suppliers are' and 'anything to make sure we have a leg up on them'. None of which really made any sense to Shiemi. But after spending all month at Victoria's and being told she couldn't go anywhere near Yoshibara or she'd be fired, it was kind of exciting to finally be allowed to see the other tea shop. It reminded her of home and she'd wanted to visit it all month.

"Erm... pardon me?"

Jasmine was the first of the employees to notice to Shiemi, so she was the one to approach. In the back of her mind she wondered why the other girl was here at all; Jasmine was almost certain that she had seen Shiemi work at the other tea place, Victoria's. However, a customer was a customer and she would feel terrible about ignoring anybody.

"Welcome to Yoshibara Tea House!" She smiled warmly. "How are you today?"

Shiemi jumped a little as Jasmine greeted her, and she quickly bowed.

"Ah! Hello! I am fine today, thank you."

Jasmine bowed as well before straightening up and gesturing behind her to the seating area. There were seats by windows, paintings... there's a bright and positive atmosphere throughout the entire tea house. "Go ahead and sit down anywhere, and I will be with you momentarily."

[it's been a long, long day for Chiyo. that's how it's been the whole month, practicing for the Winter Games herself... WHY DIDN'T SHE JUST BAIL FROM HER JOB ON THE FIRST DAY, SOB. oh right, she's Chiyo. but anyway, she's walking into the tea house, looking absolutely exhausted and a little roughed up. she wants nothing more than to just fall over and have some tea to relax, cry.]

[ Jasmine is quick to walk over to her friend. Though it wouldn't be professional to give Chiyo a hug, she will make sure to give her the best and nothing less. ] Welcome to Yoshibara Tea House! You look like you need to relax a little...

[Chiyo's surprised when she hears the familiar voice! when she looks up and sees her friend, it's almost like she's been a little re-energized by that alone.]

Eh? Miss Jasmine?

haha, yep. why must things be that way.

[ She giggles softly. ] Long day, I assume?

[ Jasmine will give Rui a few moments to look around before approaching with a small, polite smile. ] Welcome to Yoshibara Tea House. How are you today?

Sure thing! Go ahead and sit anywhere you'd like. [ She gestures behind her, where there are seats by windows, paintings, in the middle... ]

On his way home from work (soooooooooo tired), Canada happened to glance up into the tea house. And then his gaze was fixed for a good long moment, because he saw Jasmine in a kimono. She was so cute. So cute. So... cute...

With a blink he snapped out of it and drifted into the shop, his face already feeling a bit warm with a blush. (Perhaps it wouldn't be so noticeable under his beard...?)

He greeted her with a small, tentative wave. "Hello, Jasmine."

Jasmine's face brightened instantly upon seeing her boyfriend. She wasn't expecting him at all, but oh boy oh boy was she happy to see him anyway. "H-hello, Canada! I, um..." Oh goodness, she was blushing a little too, though hers was due to being self-conscious. This was the first time she has really worn makeup. Was it noticeable...?

"W-welcome to Yoshibara Tea House... go ahead and find a place to sit?"

The makeup was only noticeable in the best possible way - her eyes seemed even bigger somehow, and the eyelashes... (Snap out of it, Canada. Now is not the time to fall into a daze.)

"Thank you. Sure-" With a glance around he took a seat close to where he was standing.

"This seems like a really nice, calm place to work."

"I-it is really nice! It's nice and relaxing after a long day..." She excused herself for a moment to get the list of teas before handing it off to him. "How was your day?"
