Who: Aphrodite (cyprian_swan), Polly (curious_copycat), and everyone and anyone else!
What: It's been a year since Polly set foot on the Thor, and she wants to celebrate! Mix, mingle and have fun!
When: Oct 5th! (but late tags are welcome)
Where: One of the Thor's gardens.
Warnings: Beware of flying armadillos, and don't step on the mome raths.

[Have yourself a Fai D. Flowright already present, laying beneath a tree, enjoying the shade and the quiet. He almost appears to be sleeping, but he's got a smile on his face and he seems to shift every so often. Perhaps he's spying on the lovely ladies working to make such a lovely Tea party~?]

[Glimpsing a flash of golden hair from the corner of her eye, Polly turns, finally realizing that one of the guests has already arrived. Grinning, she comes over to greet him.]

Ed isn't really one for drinking tea. After spending so many years around the military, coffee was much more his thing (though even he was aware how terrible military coffee was). But this was Polly's party, so of course he had to come. The first thing he did upon arriving, after giving Polly a wave, was make a beeline for the food. Because no party was complete without some decent munchies, and it looked like Polly had gone all out.

Polly wanders over to see how Ed's doing. In the process, her eyes sweep over the table for the 12th time, having the nervous feeling that something may have gotten left out. She notices, upon approaching, that Ed seems to be impressed, though, and this makes her relax a bit more.

Ed grinned broadly as Polly came over. He'd already piled a plate high with all sorts of cakes and pie and cheese and a couple hamburgers. Just to start off. He quickly swallowed the onion ring he'd been snacking on.

"Forgot anything? Absolutely not. It looks great. And tastes great too. You did a great job getting all this together."

Whelp, might as well try it. C'mere-

[and she lunges! She manages to grab it, but it's certainly putting up a good fight, and it's pretty difficult to hold on to. Not to mention all the feathers that are getting everywhere with this bird trying to get away.]

Flowers at this time when her skin sang for Fall, but it was fine. She enjoyed the delicate plants when she could. A steaming cup of green tea sat next to a small plate holding a slice of cake she had yet to touch. Amaterasu is taking the time to enjoy the activity and scenery.

[This woman... yes, he remembered her from the Guide. He had spoken to her after she had made a mess of this very Garden. She looked fairly pleasant now, relaxing among the flowers. He wondered if she had been reunited with her boyfriend since then.]

She turned her head, blinking, but then smiled. Ah, it was the man who called her paranoid... She would have to do something to correct that later.
