So... my thesis is not, in fact, on Pokemon (though many people seemed to think it should be!)  Instead, it is on GHOST IN THE SHELL and how awesome it is realistically it portrays Japan's future based on the past, using the issues of today and yesterday.  Or something like that.  I haven't quite fleshed it out yet but my professor seemed pretty ( Read more... )
