Cosplay Planning~
So I don't feel like doing any/all the stuff I have to do right now, so here's some procrastination.
I'd really like to do a lot of costumes this year, because one of my not-so-secret plans is to reunite with friends at conventions :) I think I can budget 3 cons in this year, which are tentatively Anime Boston, AX, and NDK. I'd like to bring 3 costumes to each, though they don't have to be exclusive to the con. So! Here goes:
AB:
Since I would theoretically be meeting up with my OP peeps here, I would go all out... or ALL SUNDAY if you catch my drift!! XD
1. Robin 2Y I will have to learn how to make, or find, a wig with no bangs, that can be pushed back. I will also have to learn how to paint fabric...? I dunno how I'll make the clothes yet lololololol
2. Robin: Thriller Bark This one shouldn't be *too* hard.... I say that now XD lololololol
3. Robin: Either Strong World/Enies Lobby (which Suz gave a definite OK for, and CJ and Goran (and, no doubt, Josh) would do... it would be great if everyone was there, even though it doesn't have anything for Eric... Unless he were Rob Lucci, which would be HILARIOUS and awesome!) so...)/Color Splash: 1 2 3 4 5 I would prefer to do things with Brooke (the skeleton) in them since I want a big Mugiwara group, but... well, I'll figure something out.
AX:
1. Robin. Probably 2Y.
2. Something with Morgan - maybe Lodoss War? Maybe she has some ideas.
3. Something old school... like Lina Inverse? I don't really want to put all those jewels in a case though... Other options are Amano Garnet or Hot Ice Hilda. I'd really like to do Flaus but I don't think people would recognize her, even at AX. :(
4. Alternate ideas: Motokooooo (Not quite sure which outfit yet, preferably one with PANTS. I would want to do some cool prop work, too :3), This Chick I forget her name at the moment, but I've always wanted to do her costume!! (Magna Carta) I would also consider being Time Skip Perona
NDK:
1. Robin.
2. Robin or Old School whatever I choose.
3. (Costume Contest): Wander +1. Why yes, I do hate making tabards, thank you for asking. However, these costumes will be EPIC.
I would still love do to others, but that will get me through a lot of costumes! Plus, I will be able to save money here and there one some of these :) Like on Robin's wig, and Garnet's boots. :) YAY.
