Summary: Theo runs into someone taking him up on his offer

Even though it wasn't very late, the sun had already started to set over the river as Theo arrived at the plot. He'd had a busy day, and a successful one at that, as he finally had found someone who he thought would be able to get him the fish owl he'd promised Rita Skeeter, and hadn't had time to visit the plot during the day.
There wasn't more than one person on the plot as he arrived, but there were clear signs that people had been there previously. A lot of bricks were gone, and even more of the roof shingles. Theo smiled. If the bricks disappeared at this rate, then the plot would be emptied before long.
He was just about to turn and leave when he glanced over at the only person still looking at the bricks. He halted himself when he recognised the build and pattern of movement. He smirked as he walked up behind the man who was currently bending down to pick up a brick.
'Terry,' he said sofly, his voice low and sensual. 'What a pleasant surprise.'
