Well Marco got his cast put on Thursday, stuck in a long leg cast for a couple of months, then probably a short leg one for a while, takes about four months to heal fully, nice summer he's got ahead eh? Poor kid is hitching rides from all of his friends because he can't drive. Eric is pretty much completely over his mono, still gets tired easier but that doesn't stop him from telling me how old and fat I am, great kid isn't he?
Was called into work again last night, so that's five and a half hours of overtime (eh!) and now I have an actual schedule so I'll be making the moneys for tution on a regular basis. I also finally got my fabulous red heels with Lisa! Obviously as it's my facebook picture lol and just because it's been commented on, it is an antique grey with highly saturated red, I am not really quite that pale. I also wanted disco shoes, omg they were fabulous, white high heels with sequin things all over them, so cool but honestly where the hell would I wear them? No disco clubs in the area that I know of.
So now I am chilling with the rents watching The Naked Gun 2 1/2, brilliantly funny, same people who did Airplane! and many others.
Nothing exciting at work, just a lot of stupid things, and working with a newbie doc too at the end of the shift so everything was backed way the hell up. I have off until next weekend, then I start working my three-four days a week. So hopefully Lisa and I can get a movie night figured out. I am trying to ebay a few movies for her (and me, I purchased Funny Girl for my mom and the asshole sent me a work-out video instead!) I also found this recipe for Pina Colada cupcakes so Lisa and I are going to have a party!
