Rebound?
I haven't posted. Did you notice? :P
It's been, tough. My boss's wife died. The one in January that went in for hip surgery. And I knew her too, she had been working at our post office for almost my whole life. So that was rough.
And I kept gaining weight. ~_~ .4 2 weeks ago, .6 last week. So I was depressed. This week I lost 1 lb, so I lost what I gained back. It's hard to be too excited, since I imagine I will go up next week no matter how hard I try. It's hard to lose 2 weeks in a row anymore. :(
Got my Giant Gila Monster disc in. That's the "replacement" disc for the MST3K Vol. 10 that has the Godzilla movie that they didn't secure the rights to. The neat thing is that Joel, Trace and Frank (and I thought Josh - he was in the first season - was supposed to be in it too) did a little skit explaining how to get rid of your old disc. IN COSTUME. So Dr. Forrester, TV's Frank and Joel... and... and... TOM & CROW. ^_^ All new!!!! They're older, and it's just a silly little short piece but... Aw. Only Frank did Tom's voice. :( I had thought Josh was doing it, I believe he was the original voice. At any rate, it was weird. I wish they could have gotten Kevin to do it again. But there must have been some issue or maybe they had a falling out. Kevin is with Mike on RiffTrax and these guys are all in Cinematic Titanic. Oh well. I'm not a big enough fan to keep track of the who hates who...
And just a minor frustration, there's this series that's old that I want to see. The box set is out of print, but the single discs still exist. I don't care which version I see, I just want a deal. But do you think a seller on Amazon or eBay could have all 4 of the single versions? OH NO! I can't even find one that has 2 of them. With all the added on shipping, they would cost as much as the boxset. >_< I'm still looking...
