Steampunk Street III, Nov. 11, 2011
Downtown Mesa, AZ had a Steampunk street festival/fashion show last night that I got to attend and participate in. It was a lot of fun, and my first time putting together a steampunk outfit.
Eighty percent of what I am wearing here came from Goodwill. The skirt is an amalgamation of three separate skirts and cost me a grand total of $3. The blouse, belt and pouch were a dollar each, the corset was borrowed and I decorated the hat (that I also bought at Goodwill and dressed up with feathers from the craft store and remnants of left over skirt fabric). It was too much fun!
