Steampunk Regency advice
So I have this dress that I bought from a friend last autumn. I wore it last Halloween as Anne Elliot from Jane Austen's Persuasion, and I plan on wearing it again this year but I want to go for a Steampunk look (without having to sew anything TO the dress so I can still wear it as a historical Regency piece).
Therefore, my question to you, cosplayers and Steampunkers is this, what can I do to make this Steampunkish without spending a ton of money (or sewing anything directly to the dress)?
