I would suggest a green vest, black shirt and a cravat with the symbol in it instead of on the chest.Black pants and either a green or black bowler hat could top it off.

When you find a railway lantern I would suggest getting a battery powered light. Use green cellophane or theatrical Rosco brand gel to color the light. An LED or florescent light will take away any heat issues.It would be cool if you could get the light bulbs that look like a flickering candle though. ^_^

Oo, I like the idea of the cravat. I think a tie pin in the cravat with the symbol on it would look very nice as well. Personally, I'd be more fond of the top hat than the bowler. You'll just have to make sure to strike a good balance between green accessories and the rest of the outfit or else it'll look a little silly. Pictures as you go please!

could also try electroluminescent wire (battery powered) to go from the lamp to the ring
