Becker snorted. “Honestly, Conn, have you ever heard of subtlety? Forget anything else, I think Santa should buy you a dictionary and a sledgehammer.”
Connor grinned, unabashed, “Just giving you some hints. It’d be good if you could do the same and come up with a list. Unless you really, really want another black jumper?”
Becker grinned back. “Oh, I have a list alright. It’s just that nothing on it is purchasable from the shops.”
