Today's joy: My son had his school Christmas music program today. 5th grade, last year in elementary, first year playing in band.

And a sorrow... My online friend Kat (dragonfare ) from Animated Lust (rated PG!) had her horse die yesterday suddenly of colic -- one she had owned for over twenty years.

In the face of death all else becomes trivial.

Day 6 -- Running out of games for my Nintendo DS, I bought a used copy of Yugioh! Nightmare Troubadour (having killed my former version (which I had beaten!!! grrrrrrr!) with an action replay) and a copy of Phoenix Wright: Justice for All. It's my first Phoenix Wright game, and it looked interesting. So I've been lost in the game. And I didn't post ( Read more... )

Day four -- There is no joy in Mudville.... or here for that matter today, because I had a rather lousy day.  Weather indeed went to pot by evening, I had a fight with my husband, I'm broke, I'm tired, I'm cranky, and my neck hurts because I need to go see the chiropractor and haven't yet gotten around to it.  What is good today?  Anything?
