Does anyone know how to email Apple support?
I paid for extra pages in a kids' puzzle I'm using at school. Billing shows that the payment went through. However, only 2 of the extra 9 pages opened. The help pages said to turn the unit completely off and on again; I've done that. Then unload the program and reload it. I tried that; lost 2 of the 4 pages that would open.
Went to the 'contact' page; it said email was the best way to get help. Clicked on the link and... nothing. No form to type in, no address to email to.
I started on Apple computers, back in 85 or so; first a IIc, then a IIe, and have a soft spot in my heart for them. But this damned iPad is erasing all those good feelings; it will NOT do what I want, or even what it's SUPPOSED to do!
