I'm not getting involved in the current drama, but I have to say something. Mostly, I think it's absolutely ridiculous. I feel I need to mention that I like both of the parties involved, and I'm in no way taking sides. It took me all day, but I finished the update! It started as a joke about Regretsy's "This Is Not Steampunk" series and kind of rolled from there. It was a lot of fun though, and I really love some of the things that came out of it. I'm definitely going to play more with the metal work, too.

Slick Update

I took Slick to the vet this morning. First, he lost half of his weight because of all of this. He weighed all of 15 lbs! They ended up keeping him to run some tests and give him an IV to rehydrate him. They told me they'd call when the results were back ( Read more... )

Slick, my fat, rescue kittyboy, has been refusing to eat. He's been eating a little bit, but he didn't touch his food yesterday and hasn't bothered with it today. When I put his bowl down, he sniffs at his food and then looks at me and meows. He was eating some of what I call his stinky treats, but now he's not even eating those.
