Sisters? We're close.
Last night I finally saw RENT on Sky Movies. (Yes, I know, finally.) It was a thing of beauty. It somewhat worries me but at the same time doesn't really surprise me that the character I'd most want to play is a heroin-addicted poledancer. Go figure, man, go figure. I also loved Maureen and Joanne, though, for obvious as well as less obvious reasons, also hello tango!
This afternoon I finally saw High School Musical: The Concert on Disney channel. (Yes, I know, finally.) It was a thing of amusement, though I must confess to declaring our Status Quo choreo far better. (Never mind that we had double the cast!) Also what was Ashley not wearing :@ I disagree. And having seen (...from backstage) the stage show I really prefer some of the stage arrangements to the film/concert, although their jocks played better basketball. And GO THE TOKEN GIRL JOCKS.
Speaking of casts, I wonder how many the Christchurch show was working with? The dance show a couple of blocks away had a poster up, I fully wanted to go, it's not like we had much better to do.
In light of people asking me if I'm Canadian, I'm thinking about recording myself talking or reading something and then running a poll to find out what y'all think I sound like. Any suggestions?
Why, yes, I am only spamming this to further put off my music essay due on Friday :D I knew I should have brought it to Christchurch.
