There's a deleted bathroom scene where she tries to kill herself?!? How did I miss this

When she's with Leoben locked in, there's a deleted scene where she goes into the bathroom and snaps a piece of metal off inside the toilet and slices her wrist open. He comes in before she bleeds out though. I hated it so much. Other people have said they read it as her choice/the only way she could beat him finally, but she didn't look anything but completely defeated and miserable to me
