I see. You vent your emotions through your actions and thus calm yourself.
I have learned to keep my calm and a 'cool head' despite any emotions which might rise. Screaming and ranting has little place on the battlefield where your enemy will cut you down regardless or even find your location due to your actions and thus provoke a fight better off avoided.

It held mountains, forests, oceans, canyons and deserts as well as frozen tundra. Most of my experience has been on the field of war or within the service of the company which raised me.
I am wondering now though if it wasn't the company's actions which provoked the attack on our world.
[The last sentence is said in a lower and quieter tone than the rest, one might call it thinking aloud, but perhaps the young man could confirm or deny the possibility for him.]
