I began a trial run of packing today, instead of waiting until the night before departure like I usually do when I'm going somewhere.  Interestingly, I still followed my usual pattern of getting started, then getting distracted for a long time so I didn't really get down to business until 10 pm.  Apparently I am incapable of packing in sunlight.  ( Read more... )

In a day and a half I will be leaving Tallahassee for good. I'm in that stage of packing where a lot of the stuff that was neatly put away has been removed has been put into boxes taking up space on my floor, but the frequently used things that can't be packed until the last minute and weird things I'm not sure where to pack are still sitting out ( Read more... )
