I began a trial run of packing today, instead of waiting until the night before departure like I usually do when I'm going somewhere.  Interestingly, I still followed my usual pattern of getting started, then getting distracted for a long time so I didn't really get down to business until 10 pm.  Apparently I am incapable of packing in sunlight.  ( Read more... )

When I got on the phone to Apple to tell them about the fact that they didn't actually fix my computer Legolas when I sent it in for repairs, they decided that I need to erase my computer. Oh, bitchcakes.

Good news: Legolas the laptop has returned safely from his journey to the homeland of Apple. I'm very impressed with the speed. Unfortunately, the printout that came back with it says at one point "Return: Unable to duplicate issue." Umm, it's called an intermittent problem, people.
