I'm looking for a voyager fic I read years a ago, I don't remember much but it had Tom getting tortured by an alternate Chakotay and I remember him freaking out seeing the real Chakotay when he gets back. Not much to go off but please let me know if it sounds familiar, thanks

I can't remember a lot of this story but I am really wanting to read it again. I can't remember if it's a slash or gen. I know it involves Tom and Chakotay. that I read quite awhile ago. Here is what I remember: wherein Voyager, Season 7, ended and Janeway discovered that the whole thing had been a simulation to discover the effects of long-term missions.
