On fabric organizing

One more large plastic box of fabric measured, clipped, and recorded, and my binder is getting full of cardstock pages.

I decided to organize within each color with the larger yardages ahead of the smaller yardage, with 2 yards or less in the back on the multi-swatch cards. This way, I know to look at the larger cards when looking for lots of yards to make something. The multi-swatch cards also hold the basics that I use for a variety of things, like muslins for fittings, canvas, Acro (hair/wool interfacing), baby flannels, etc.

The color I am having problems with is brown/natural. Do I put it in with the white? Make a natural/brown section? So far, I've put them in the whites, as I do greys with blacks. But maybe browns should be a subset of yellow? It's own subset? I am not sure. I don't have lots of it, so it will stay under "natural/whites" for now.

Well, off to shut things down, and head to bed.
