Five things to be grateful for...

... as I am in a bad mood (have been all day), and need some positive thoughts to go to sleep on.

1. An incredible husband who gives me warm hugs when I am in a really grumpy mood, and then makes dinner for us all.
2. Two wonderful children who really are a delight, even when I am grumpy. Their laughs and smiles can even make me smile when I am grumpy.
3. Wonderful friends I can vent and share with.
4. Lots of good foods in this house to eat and get healthy on.
5. I am grateful to have had a heart murmer that needed tests, which led to finding out how bad my health had gotten, which led to my finally doing some life changing behaviour to improve my health.

Now, off to bed. I am tired.
