Genting trip was fun.
Played 3/4 of all the outdoor+indoor rides in one day. Was pretty sad when I couldn't play the corkscrew as my stomach decided to play

Because it seems Non-REM sleep meaning (no dream sleep) actually happens every time we sleep and it lasts over 80-100 minutes then after that REM (dreamstate) sleep kicks in for only 5-30 mins.
And this repeats for the whole interval of sleep.

So what happen during NREM sleep?
