A rainy, foggy Saturday and Luxord was bored. He'd already played several games of solitaire and even a solo-game of Chess with magically enchanted pieces. Of course, now he was still bored. He didn't feel like grading or planning lessons just yet for the coming Monday, but he knew he couldn't just sit in his room all day petting Lucky, his cat.
Suddenly, an idea occurred to him. He couldn't believe he was bored enough to actually do this, but really what harm would there be in a little...spring cleaning.
Well, let's be honest, the moogles didn't leave much for cleaning. Luxord supposed that more accurately it would be considered "redecorating." Luxord rose from his sofa and headed for the common room of his House. Ignoring any student who might have been in the common room, Luxord pulled out his wand and started absentmindedly thinking aloud, "I do believe it's been centuries since any head of House has actually considered redecorating. Perhaps we should start with a blank slate." With a wave of his wand the room was suddenly completely blank, no color or carpeting and certainly no furniture or wall decorations (which could be bad for any student who was suddenly chair-less).
