Work, work, work & more work....
Let me amend the sorting & organizing schedule to say that the next adventure after I finish my den (or maybe concomitant with it) will be the project room/hh-office on the 4th floor. My DH has torn through it several times looking for various things and has yet to put anything back where he got it from. The place is a true disaster & I can't even bear going into it never mind thinking about doing any sort of work there. So, I am about to have 4 days off & I'm going to put my Fly Lady philosophies to work: Go through what's on the floor & get anything that doesn't belong in that room out of that room. Next is to put stuff back where it belongs (but look carefully through any bags, luggage etc. for the things that went missing last fall). Then it'll be time to sort through the items that are on surfaces and set them into "trash", "donate" and "keep". Hopefully the "keep" designation will be small since we really don't have much storage in that room. All this with the handy timer going to keep me on track!
Speaking of Fly Lady, my "stash & dash" room is my closet which I can barely walk in to at this moment. I'm interested to see what I can get done in 5 minute increments. Maybe I'll finally find my Holiday jewelry....
