kidnapped! Jensen and forced pet play fic
It was on AO3, and wasn't entirely an RPF fic, but Jensen was kidnapped and renamed Dean. I know that Castiel was a kidnapper, but I don't remember who else. I also remember that he woke up blindfolded because "puppies are born blind" and that at one point he went on a rampage and I think that was the last chapter. I think that Sam was there and had been kidnapped too, but that he was happy with them.
