Boys/ J2 sick or hurt in the middle of nowhere?
I've found a couple of wonderful stories where Winchester brothers or Jared and Jensen get sick or hurt in circumstances where there's no immediate access to healthy services that other of them direly needs and the things turn for the worse. These are EFW's He Ain't Heavy, He's My Brother (in ff.net; Dean with appendicitis in the middle of the storm) and Sparkling Rocks' Sometimes, The Koalas Just Won't Do (downloadable here in spn story finders, Deleted Journals section; Jensen catches a pneumonia on an intercontinental flight).
I'm yearning for some more! A real deal, please, not any stitching on the cabin etc. that's everyday for Winchesters (unless it turns to sepsis or something... What a horrible person I am 🙈) Basically I'm after pain, stress, fear, (blood) and sweat, maybe some feverish tears etc. When it comes to the question of who's whumped, I'm really easy: no preferences.
Some limitations I do have though: no Wincest (unless it's very light and sweet without any sex scenes), no deathfic. J2 is alright, almost death is alright, grave consequences (mental or physical) from the ordeal are alright.
