Vulnerable adult Dean/Jensen?
I've been trying to find a fic where Dean (I'm quite sure it wasn't Jensen, but just if I happened to remember right...) is named a vulnerable adult.
In the very beginning of the story, there's a scene with ambulance and Dean is acting somehow shy/avoiding/frightened/ distressed, and soon an EMT/paramedic recognizes him a vulnerable adult and he's treated further with that in mind.
This is unfortunately all I remember, there are some vague memories as well of Dean at a hospital etc. but can't really tell if they are from this same story or not.
Also can't tell if Dean is disabled or badly hurt and thus disorganized. Might be also after Dean's return from Hell or after Michael...
