I'm looking for other people's thoughts on this, so comment if you will. :)

Do you think it's possible for a person to talk themselves out of pointless worrying about things that can't be helped, controlled or predicted?
Is it possible for a person to teach themselves to just say "Fuck it, que sera sera!" ??
Or will a worrier always be a worrier?

I am no miracle worker, there's no way I can get it clean but I can make progress on the clutter.  And I am. :)

Another thought: Sometimes I wish there was a one-button "Share your Playlist" on Winamp, I'd love to share the wide wide weirdness that is mine. :)

So as I write this, I sip Gatorade cut with electrolyte-water.
Weighed myself this morning and realized I was down 8 lbs.  As the morning progressed it became very apparent that I was still having random dizzy spells and brain burps.  Now, I didn't eat much this weekend, but those two things lead me to believe one thing: I was far more dehydrated ( Read more... )
