These cookies were initally made for my friend Jim for his birthday.  Being uber smart, I made COOKIES for a man who is allergic to eggs.  Whoops. :) They turned out pretty wicked acutally, but as a disclaimer, be sure you have milk or soymilk or something on hand.  You will lament their abscence if you have none.
