If I had to graph my mood of the past few hours, the slope would be -1. Approximately. I came home practically high after yoga tonight. I am so happy that "power yoga" at my gym = ashtanga yoga, what I had been doing at CMU. I am excited to be back in a class regularly, and I even feel good after taking my long break.
