So we're starting to actively look for homes because the prices are dropping drastically--especially foreclosures! 3 bed, 2.5 baths for $150,000 ish! If we put $25,000-$30,000 or more we can get a really good mortgage rate too, woohoo! It's not a guarantee that we'll move right now, but it's too tempting not to at least look! I'm so freaking excited it's not even funny!!!
