*does a white girl dance*  We met with our mortgage broker yesterday for like 1.5 hrs and have started the process to searching for homes.  Yay!!! There are already a few I want to look at and I'm hoping they're not all short sales.  It'll be an exciting winter searching for the perfect place!

This weekend we're off to Lake Tahoe for our romantic cabin getaway weekend! I can't wait!!!
