It's almost NaNo, guys.

This means BIG word counts. And oh yeah, I'm aiming for obscene amounts of words. (200k, but I'm not expecting to actually get that, that's just the goal, you know?)

I was at work yesterday, and everything was, well, fairly normal. At four o'clock, suddenly the power flickered, and my co-worker and I both said "Well, hope it goes out, so we can close early." A few seconds later, the power did go out - came back on, then went out again ( Read more... )

So I cleaned my apartment this morning... sort of. So me and my hallway are now both equally covered in French Silver.

It looks better on my hallway walls than it does on me.

But I have learned several things from painting at four o'clock in the morning...

So like everything else in my life, I prepare early for work, and go out about 25 minutes before my bus is due to get Pepsi at Macs and wait at the bus stop there. So I'm at the bus stop 20 minutes early, waiting.

So I am officially moved, and am OUT OF REZ. I am in a great sized bachelor on Clarence that I'm gonna paint and eventually unpack my stuff. I can see myself staying here for years, honestly. Hell, they're gonna let me have a cat!
