Fo some completely arbitrary reason in 2009 some Marvel execs got together and said "Hey, lets do a movie with Hulk just punching people of an hour and a half" and someone else said "That sounds good, but how about two films about Hulk punching people?" and thus (I imagine) was how "Hulk vs." came to be.
