I've had a couple of days of total down time. Everyone should do this periodically (and thank you, Natalie, that was a great article. I'm learning to play the flute. (all of 3 notes for sure so far, and 3 I'm trying for, but I can play really simple tunes that are recognizable, sort of) Biggest problem is that my fingers are double-jointed so I have to think and exercise curved finger posture.
