After a long, dreary, depressing winter, in which I ate too much and exercised too little, and therefore put back some of the weight I'd lost, I'm attempting to get my shit together and get back on the diet/exercising wagon

So, Saturday again. Doing laundry and trying to decide what to have for breakfast. I did pretty good this week sticking to my diet. In fact, I need to be careful that I eat enough calories. Funny how when you eat less junk and more lean/low-fat food how hard it is to get enough calories. I also hit the gym again yesterday and did a cardio workout
