SG-1 The Quest, Part 1
As a long time RPGer, that episode hit all my kinks - a group of disparate questers, puzzles, a treasure at the end, and OMG! a dragon. Even if it wasn't the best dragon I've ever seen, still, A DRAGON! Be still my Final Fantasy loving heart.
I still hate the Ori storyline, but, yeah, I'm a sucker for these quests. :)
I had a feeling that there was something off about the old guy, but I never suspected that 'he' was Adria. I also suspected that Adria's powers were blocked when she didn't do anything to Ba'al, my favorite Goa'uld. *g* Cliff Simon just looks like he really has fun with that role. :)
As usual, I loved Vala. I just love the bounce that Claudia puts into all of Vala's steps. She always brings such energy to the character. And she called Teal'c "muscles"! Hee!
Now the long wait until the second half of the final season begins. :(
