Goals progress on Monday mornings, afternoon this week.  This is mostly for my record.  It also helps keep me accountable if I know some fraction of the nearly 200 people on my flist read it.

Okay so here are some random thoughts that happen when I get up as early as I did this morning...

~ I have an amazing internal clock.  I woke 10 minutes before my alarm because I hate alarm clocks.
