Goals 2009 ~ Post 4

Goals progress on Monday mornings, afternoon this week.  This is mostly for my record.  It also helps keep me accountable if I know some fraction of the nearly 200 people on my flist read it.



Cardio days: 5 (including a hike on Sunday)
Nia: 1 (I went by myself but definitely prefer going with someone)
Weight Training: 0 days (I have to figure out how to motivate myself to do this)
Stretching: 3 days
Net Calorie Consumption Target Under: 3 of 7 days (didn't really keep track this week)
Weight : -1.4 lbs (week) -3.8 lbs (overall) 3.6 (left to lose)
Walk to work: 1 days
Daily Practice: 5 of 7
Meditation: 1 days
