Had my 28 week appointment yesterday. I got some blood taken then I had to drink this big old orange drink. It was kinda like sunkist, but sweeter. It was the size of a snapple bottle which surprised me. I thought it was like a shots worth. haha. But I drank it, then had my regular appointment. I got to hear her heartbeat 140! She asked if I wanted to have the 4D ultrasound and I really do! I do, I want one, they're not expensive so when I go back in in 2 weeks I'm going to tell her and set up an appointment. For real.
I don't think they're going to give me another ultrasound.
It's exciting!
and I got a flu shot Eek! It didn't hurt though. I was surprised. I hadn't had one in God knows how long.
Then the hour was up and they pricked my finger and no diabetes! Yay! I didn't figure I had it anyway.
The baby shower Erica and Jenna are throwing me is on the 15th, and My co-workers are throwing me one on the 22nd. It's so nice of all of them to think of me and rejoice in the coming birth of my child. Lol. It's just really sweet. I just worry when I'm the "center of attention". I get anxious and nervous and I just don't know what to do. My mom was telling me to suck it up, lol. I'll deal.
Erica and I went on a date, mmm Applebees. It was good. And I bought Jordan some diapers from wal*mart and also added some things to my registry. Wal Mart doesn't really have that much man. I added some stuff though. I wanted to get stephanie something from her registry but man I couldn't find anything that she had on it there. Like out of the two things I wanted to get her. So that sucks, but I'll keep looking.
I'm tired now, and full. ugh
