Watched Beowulf tonight. It was very interesting and for an old epic poem/story it was presented well. Super shiny almost real 3D animation and I loved the strategically placed object to prevent full frontal digital groin. hehehe ( Read more... )

The water main was fixed at the office and things are back to normal.

I completed the fax confirmation backlog. That was such an accomplishment.

I finally got to see Across the Universe and it is made of much win!

Netflix finally sent me disc 1 of season 3. I was so absolutely excited. I thought it would never arrive. Watching "The Runaway Bride" and "Music and Monsters" was bitter sweet. I was happy to see new Doctor Who stuff with David Tennant, but it was so sad because I was reminded of "Doomsday" and the departure of Rose Tyler. *sniffle* *cry* ( Read more... )

Today was a good day to be a pack rat who is technically inclined. I was able to hook up my 5 disk player to my TV using an S-video cable that I had stashed away from a video card I purchased about 6 years ago.

Thanks to this bit of effort, I'm now watching the Gummi Bears that arrived today via Netflix.
