MFF was a great con, as usual. I still hated hallway-hotel, but thankfully it looks like MFF is going to be a swaaanky con in a new hotel next year. I can't wait! Free airport shuttle, actual lobby / hangout space, and hopefully bigger event rooms! I will be going next year to see the new duds. I believe THIS is the hotel? Correct me if I'm wrong. Well, today is the day! I head out to Chicago later this evening. I'm kiiinda bummed that I don't get to the con until late, but really? Nothing even happens Thursday so I guess I'm not too upset over it. It's nice to not have to take off of work and school on Thursday. Wow. What a con! It was, I think, one of my favorite to date. Scratch that. My ultimate favorite. I had such a good time, I love the weather (shocking, I know!), and I got to hang out with a lot of my closest friends. I spent my soon to be traditional day in the artists alley, and I made a lot of monies which always helps in the con process. ( Read more... )
